3. Account Registration

4. WhatsApp Business Compliance

By using our Service, you agree to comply with:

  • All applicable WhatsApp messaging guidelines

Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta and termination of your SaasMessages account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Send messages without proper consent from recipients
  • Distribute malware or malicious content
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
  • Send messages promoting illegal products or services

6. Message Content

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our Service. Prohibited content includes:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Violence or graphic content
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Misleading or deceptive content
  • Content that violates third-party rights

7. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Message costs are charged based on Meta's WhatsApp pricing
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers including Meta/WhatsApp, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SaasMessages and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of WhatsApp policies
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASMESSAGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaasMessages from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
